Membership Terms and Conditions
Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions of use and procedures of services (hereinafter referred to as services) provided by LG Chem's educational social contribution project LikeGreen website (or secretariat), and the rights of users and the center?The purpose is to define obligations and responsibilities.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.
User: A person who receives services provided by Like Green in accordance with these terms and conditions
Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal and organization information on Like Green, and who can use the services provided by Like Green
ID: Combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by Like Green for member identification and use of the member's service (e-mail address of the member)
Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member himself to protect the member's password
Article 3 (Establishment and Change of Effect)
The contents of these Terms and Conditions are effective by posting on the Like Green homepage or by other means. Like Green may change these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions become effective by notifying you.
Article 4 (Application Mutatis Mutandis)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use, and other relevant laws.
Chapter 2
Service use contract
Article 5 (Establishment of a Use Contract)
The use contract is established with the user's consent to the terms and conditions and the consent of Like Green.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Those who wish to volunteer or those who request volunteering are considered to agree to these terms and conditions by pressing the "I agree" button, and apply for membership after filling out the information according to the membership application form.
Article 7 (Acceptance of application for use)
Like Green accepts if a person who wishes to use the service applies after agreeing to the terms of use and fills out all the details of the membership application form, and registers it as a volunteer or volunteer consumer.
In cases falling under any of the following subparagraphs, consent for use may not be granted.
① Where the applicant has not applied under his/her real name
② Where the details of the application for use are falsely stated
③ When an application is made using another person's name
④ Where an application is filed for the purpose of hindering the order of well-being or the good customs of society
⑤ In the event that the requirements for application for use prescribed by Like Green are insufficient
Article 8 (Change of Contract)
Members can view and modify member information at any time through member information management. If the matters entered at the time of application for use are changed, the member shall modify them through the Internet, and the member shall be responsible for the problems caused by the non-change.
Chapter 3
Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Obligation of Secretariat)
In compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act, Like Green can thoroughly secure members' information, create and use information on all or part of members' information related to volunteer work, and do not transfer it to other institutions or individuals. However, this is not the case if a request is made by a state agency under the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, etc., or if there is an investigative purpose for a crime, or if a request is made by other relevant laws. Article 10 (Duty of Members)
The information required for membership registration must be accurately filled out.
A member shall not perform any of the following acts when using the service.
① Illegal use of another member's ID
② the act of reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the Services to a third party
③ Infringement of other rights, such as copyrights of Like Green and copyrights of third parties
④ the act of disseminating information that violates public order and good customs
⑤ an act that is objectively judged to be associated with a crime
⑥ Other acts in violation of relevant laws and regulations
Members shall comply with the matters prescribed in these Terms and Conditions and the service usage guidelines or precautions.
Like Green is not responsible for any consequences arising from the information provided by the Member.
The member shall not transfer or donate the right to use the service or any other status under the contract of use to another person unless explicitly agreed by Like Green, and shall not provide it as collateral.
If a member's ID is used incorrectly, the member must notify Like Green of that fact.
Members agree to receive Like Green's e-mail and information services as part of the service.
Members may not engage in business activities using the service, and Like Green is not responsible for the results of the business activities.
Chapter 4
Use of the service
Article 11 (Provision of Information)
Like Green can provide members with various information that members recognize as necessary while using the service by notice or e-mail.
Article 12 (Service hours)
The use of the service is in principle 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, unless there is any business or technical difficulty with Like Green. However, this is not the case on the day or time set by the center due to regular inspections.
Like Green can split the service into a certain range and set the availability time separately for each range.In this case, the contents will be announced in advance.
Article 13 (Responsibility for Service Use)
Do not use the service to hack, link pornographic sites, or illegally distribute commercial software, and do not take responsibility for the results and losses of business activities caused by the violation, legal action by related agencies, etc.
Article 14 (Suspension of Service Provision)
Like Green may temporarily suspend service delivery in the event of a repair inspection, replacement, failure, or communication failure of the Information and Communication Facilities, and may completely discontinue the service provided today based on replacement with a new service and reasons that Like Green deems appropriate.
In the event of a service interruption under paragraph (1), the Center will notify the user and may replace the individual notification by posting it on the Like Green bulletin board. However, this is not the case if it is impossible to notify in advance due to service interruption due to reasons beyond the control of Like Green (intentional system administrator, faultless disk failure, system down, etc.
Article 15 (Posts of Members)
Like Green may be deleted without prior consent if it is determined that the contents of the service posted or registered by the member fall under any of the following subparagraphs, and the service is not approved.
① Information that does not conform to the nature of the service
② In the case of infringement of other rights, such as copyright on the site, copyright of a third party, etc.
③ Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
Article 16 (Copyright of the information provided)
The rights to the materials registered in the service are as follows.
① The rights and responsibilities of the post lie with the member, and Like Green does not use it for commercial purposes other than for publication in the service without the member's consent. However, this is not the case for non-profit purposes, and Like Green has the right to publish within the service.
② Members shall not commercially use materials published in the service, such as the act of processing and selling information obtained by using the service.
Chapter 5
Restriction of use and withdrawal of members
Article 17 (Restriction on Use)
If a member commits any of the following acts, Like Green may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service for a fixed period of time.
① Where another person's ID, password, or personal information is stolen or illegally used
② Intentionally obstructing the operation of the service
③ If the name you joined is not your real name
④ If the same user double-registered with a different ID
⑤ In the case of deliberately disseminating information that is hindered by public order and good customs
⑥ Where a member plans or implements the use of services for the purpose of impeding the national interest or social public interest
⑦ Where he/she has committed an act that damages or disadvantages the reputation of another person
⑧ Transmitting large amounts of information or advertising information for purposes of hindering the stable operation of the service
⑨ Where computer virus programs, etc. that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc. are distributed
⑩ Infringement of intellectual property rights of Like Green, other members or third parties
⑪ Where there is a request for correction from an external institution, such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, or where the authoritative interpretation of the Election Commission is obtained in connection with illegal election campaigns
⑫ Information obtained using Like Green's service information is reproduced, distributed or commercially available without prior consent from Like Green
⑬ Where a member posts pornographic material on a bulletin board or links pornographic sites
⑭ In the case of violating the terms and conditions of use set by this site, including these terms and conditions
⑮ Where he/she is caught posting advertisements that are not related to this service at all
Article 18 (Procedures for Restriction of Use)
If Like Green intends to restrict the use, it will notify the relevant member or agent in writing or by phone with a fixed reason, date, and time. However, if Like Green deems it necessary to stop using the service urgently, the use of the service may be restricted without the preceding paragraph. Like Green will immediately cancel the suspension only if it is confirmed that the reason for the suspension has been resolved during the suspension period.
Article 19 (Withdrawal of membership and cancellation of registration)
Users can request membership withdrawal from Like Green at any time, and Like Green will proceed with the user's membership withdrawal upon receiving the above request. Like Green may unsubscribe from any of the following volunteers (organizations) and consumers (wives).
① Where there is no record of volunteer activities for two years after registration
② Where the confidentiality of official duties or the confidentiality of a volunteer consumer (wife) is disclosed through volunteer activities
③ If a volunteer or volunteer organization has received a reward, etc. by wrongful means, if Like Green decides to cancel the registration, it will be notified before cancellation and given an opportunity to explain.
Chapter 6
Compensation for damages, etc
Article 20 (Compensation for damages)
Like Green shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Member in connection with the use of the Service unless it is due to the Center's intention or negligence.
Article 21 (Exemption Clause)
The user's personal information shall be destroyed within five days of the end of the retention period, and if the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the purpose of processing the personal information, abolition of the service, and business termination.
① Like Green is exempt from service responsibility if it is unable to provide service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
② Like Green is not responsible for any obstruction of service use due to reasons attributable to members.
③ Like Green is not responsible for any damage caused by the data obtained by the Member using the Service.
④ Like Green is not responsible for the information, materials, reliability of facts, accuracy, etc. posted by members on the Service.
⑤ Like Green is not responsible for any damages caused by the member's failure to obtain the expected benefit from the service or the data obtained through the service.
Article 22 (Jurisdictional Court)
If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the Seoul District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
C. How to destroy it
Information in the form of an electronic file uses a technical method in which records cannot be reproduced. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by crushing with a shredder or incineration.

Article 18 (Procedures for Restriction of Use)
